1. GENERAL
Pierre Robert Webshop is owned by Orkla Trading AS (reg. no. 919 252 804).
You must be over 18 og age, or have a parent's permission to shop with us.
We reserve the right for any printing errors and color deviations on the products in the online store. Although we do our best to ensure that the images on pierrerobert.no/.se/.fi are as representative and consistent with reality as possible, colors may be experienced differently on different computer screens, and we cannot guarantee that the images reproduce the real products with 100% accuracy.
All goods remain the property of Pierre Robert until the company has received full payment for the goods.
Attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. Pierre Robert reserves the right to cancel purchases if fraud is suspected.
2. PRICES
All prices in Pierre Robert's online shop include VAT (25%), and are in Norwegian kroner. We reserve the right to any price errors and price adjustments.
Offers and promotions are valid as long as we have stock and within the period stated in our market information.
Discount codes are only valid on ordinary prices and not already reduced items, unless otherwise informed. Some discount codes are personal. We reserve the right to deactivate codes and terminate offers if we suspect fraud. Generally speaking, discount codes can only be used once.
Returns costs 5,9 EUR in return freight. The only exeptions is cases with complaints / damaged goods. Complaints have free shipping and we will also refund the original shipping cost in case of complaint.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
To be able to shop at pierrerobert.no/.se/.fi, you must approve our terms of purchase. A binding agreement then arises between you and Pierre Robert.
When we receive the order, you will receive a confirmation to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also serves as a guarantee certificate after payment has been completed.
The goods displayed on pierrerobert.no/.se/.fi must be in stock, but we nevertheless reserve the right that errors may occur and a product may be out of stock. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with your order, we will cancel the order. You will be notified of this by e-mail.
The order is normally processed on the first working day after you have placed your order. If you place the order before 1 p.m., it will be processed the same day.
4. COMPLAINTS
At Pierre Robert, we are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We guarantee that the products you have ordered are free of defects and damage when you receive them. If you still receive garments that are damaged or have a quality discrepancy or that you received a different product than you ordered, we ask you to return the relevant garment(s) as soon as possible and within 60 days at the latest. Pierre Robert covers the return cost for complaints and wrong deliveries. All complaints are checked and approved by us. The return form is completed electronically via www.return.pierrerobert.no and the pre-filled return address label must be used on the package (See explanation under returns). If you do not have the return address label that was with the package, please contact our customer service at support@pierrerobertgroup.zendesk.com
OTHER SERVICES FOR COMPLAINTS
We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with Pierre Robert's products and our customer service. If you are still not satisfied, you always have the right to complain to the Consumer Complaints Committee or refer the matter to mediation at the Consumer Council. You can also use the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform).
REFUND OF COMPLAINTS
In the event of complaints, the sales price for the complained item/s as well as shipping costs will normally be credited to your account within five to ten working days.
5. SECURITY
We use secure pages for the transfer of sensitive information such as card information and personal data. You can check for yourself that the website you are visiting is secure by looking at the URL. Normal web addresses start with http://, but if you are on a secure page, it starts with https://, where the "s" stands for "secure".
6. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, Pierre Robert is exempted from punishment for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement. If the situation lasts longer than two months, both Pierre Robert and the customer have the right to cancel the purchase. Force majeure means, among other things, natural disasters, flood, fire, conflict, war, sabotage, strike, illness, accident, transport delays, import/export ban, embargo, new or changed legislation and other conditions beyond Pierre Robert's control, regardless of whether they occur at Pierre Robert or at one of our suppliers or partners.
Force Majeure also applies in labor disputes and blockades where Pierre Robert himself is the subject of or initiates such an action. Pierre Robert is not guilty of compensating damage in other cases where normal care has been shown.
Force Majeure also includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as a ban, an abnormal decline in the market or the company being exposed to criminal acts that affect operations.
8. DISPUTES
Any dispute regarding these terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with Norwegian law, by a Norwegian court.
