We guarantee that the products you have ordered are free of defects and damage when you receive them. If you still receive garments that are damaged or have quality deviations, or have received a different product than you ordered, we ask you to return the garment(s) as soon as possible and within 60 days at the latest.
Pierre Robert covers the return cost for complaints and wrong deliveries. All complaints are checked and approved by us.
